The list ,below of recently completed projects around Prescot Knowsley and Liverpool are just a small sample of the works we have completed, around Merseyside, the works we have completed over the last thirty five years are much too numerous to be shown on this website.
Here are some building projects recently compleated for various clients in the merseyside area. Some pictures will show projects at various stages of compleation, the works show mainly domestic building projects such as new build houses and extensions including barn conversions.
Two storey extension to side and sun lounge to rear
Extensive alteration and addition of large bedroom and ensuite, extended back kitchen with garage to front and large sun lounge to the rear, made a three bedroom semi into a very spacious four bedroom home with over 40% increse in floor space. This extension is in the Wavertree area of liverpool 15.
Semi detached house in Liverpool 15
This semi detached house was completed in April 2010, built on an empty plot beside a row of teraced houses, the original house was bombed during the second world war and was left vacant since.The house is a four bedroom property with large dormer bedroom and en-suite to the rear, built to modern building regs and high insulation specifications including double glazing and condensing central heating boiler makes this house the most economical house in the area to run.
A two story extension to a detached building in Allerton
This photo shows a first floor extension onto an existing extension to the side of a detached nursary building in Allerton. The roof is almost compleated and the extension is now ready for the internal finishes. The ground floor extension was built by us several years ago and the client called us back to add the first floor and form the new roof joining up to the existing.
Coach House conversion in Grassendale Park
This barn restoration project is in a conservation area in grassendale park, when we first started the work the barn was in a dilapidated condition and had to be up to 30% demolished, it had dry rot wet rot and most other problems associated with a building being left in a dilapidated condition for more than thirty years. The sandstone and bricks were saved and re used and reclaim bricks from demolished used to replace any which were unusable or missing. This project was successfully completed under the direction of the Conservation Officer.
