We are a family business with over 40 years experience in construction and property and based in Prescot, Merseyside. We can carry out most types of domestic and commercial building project from drawing board to completion.
we specialise in home extensions, refurbishments, conservation works and new builds. Our associate professionals include structural engineers, building surveyors and architects.
We can also provide drawings for any project and handle submissions of plans on our client’s behalf to the local authority for Building and Planning approval.

With our experience accumulated expertise you can be assured of quality and a reliability from us. This building company was established in 1976 after the principal Bill Higham, a joiner working for local and major construction companies and eventually became self employed in his own right.
Doing mainly subcontract joinery work at first the company progressed into minor building works and domestic extensions. The company has built many extensions and completed numerous housing projects over the years and progressed into conservation works renovating listed buildings and refurbishing buildings in conservation areas.
The company was incorporated in 2004 into HSC (NW)Ltd and continued successfully until the present day.
The principal Bill Higham has built up a good working relationship with many construction professionals including Architects Surveyors and Engineers and has a BSc(Hons) Degree in building surveying.
